Welcome to BladerLab.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BladerLab website, application, services, databases, tools, and simulations provided by BladerLab (operated by Nelo) ("BladerLab," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using BladerLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use BladerLab.
1. About BladerLab
BladerLab is a digital platform designed to provide information, analysis, experimentation, and strategy-related tools for Beyblade enthusiasts.
Depending on the features available, BladerLab may provide:
- Beyblade product and part information
- Product specifications and classifications
- Beyblade statistics and analytical information
- Deck-building and combination tools
- Stat-based battle simulations
- Battle logs and visualizations
- Strategy and training tools
- User-generated content (planned)
- Other related features and services
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued over time.
2. Eligibility
You may use BladerLab only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should use BladerLab only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By using BladerLab, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to use the service.
3. User Accounts
Certain BladerLab features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Keeping your account information up to date
- Taking reasonable steps to protect your account
- All activity performed through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control
You must notify BladerLab if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
BladerLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that may harm the service or other users.
4. BladerLab Data and Information
BladerLab may provide information about Beyblade products, parts, combinations, releases, specifications, classifications, and related characteristics.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, BladerLab does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Product information may change because of:
- New releases
- Regional differences
- Manufacturer updates
- Product revisions
- Different editions or versions
- Differences between markets
- Community-sourced information
- Data entry or classification errors
You should independently verify important product information before making purchasing or competitive decisions.
5. Simulations and Analytical Results
BladerLab may provide battle simulations, stat-based analysis, visualizations, recommendations, or other generated results.
These results are intended for entertainment, experimentation, analysis, and training purposes. The simulator uses deterministic, stat-based calculations, not artificial intelligence.
Simulation results do not guarantee the outcome of an actual Beyblade battle.
Actual results may differ because of factors including, but not limited to:
- Launcher technique
- Launch strength
- Launch angle
- Stadium conditions
- Stadium differences
- Beyblade condition
- Manufacturing tolerances
- Wear and damage
- Part variations
- Environmental conditions
- Human interaction
- Rules and judging procedures
- Factors not represented by the simulation
Simulated results should not be treated as factual predictions of real-world outcomes.
6. No Guarantee of Competitive Performance
BladerLab does not guarantee that a combination, deck, strategy, statistic, simulation result, or recommendation will improve competitive performance.
BladerLab is intended to help users explore and understand possible strategies. Users remain responsible for their own decisions regarding combinations, purchases, tournaments, and gameplay.
7. User-Generated Content
Decks, combinations, and battle records you build in BladerLab are saved locally in your browser on your device unless a specific feature (for example, a future save-to-account or community submission feature) explicitly sends them to BladerLab.
Where BladerLab does allow users to submit or create content — for example decks, battle records, comments, reviews, images, names, or strategy information ("User Content") — this section applies.
You retain ownership of User Content that you have the legal right to own.
By submitting User Content to BladerLab, you grant BladerLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, modify where technically necessary, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
BladerLab may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
